Position Summary The Staff Accountant will assist in domestic and international accounting procedures including reports, SOX, and SEC. Job Description Perform monthly accounting duties in support of the Corporate Controller, including: Assisting with month-end closing duties, including preparing and posting general ledger journals, reconciling balance sheet accounts, performing various tasks for accurate financial statements and senior management reports. Coordinating with various third parties on international subsidiary monthly close procedures and preparing journal entries. Performing reconciliation of domestic and international webstore activities such as cash reconciliation and inventory balance reconciliation Assist in gathering and analyzing information as requested by the internal / external auditors including statutory audits. Assist management in SOX compliance and SEC reporting. Other ad hoc activities and projects. Requirements Degree in Accounting / Finance required Minimum 2 years of accounting or related experience required Strong Excel and MS Office skills ERP experience required with NetSuite preferred Excellent problem-solving skills Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or studying to complete a CPA a plus The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year
