Our engineering team is responsible for building complex, high-scale, real-time systems, as well as working closely with other parts of the business to support product development. We're looking for a talented Backend Developer with the aspiration to become a TeamLead to join our ambitious growing R&D team. The candidate is bound to have practical experience, and a drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a professional team environment. Responsibilities Designing, building, testing, and implementing features in our core services Delivering high quality and well-structured code Working as a part of a dedicated internationally distributed team Influence R&D strategy and leading by example Requirements Proficiency in English for full-fledged working communication Practical professional experience with software development in C++ more than 3 years Experience with databases and signal processing Experience with Agile methodology Ability to solve problems independently and be responsible for it Keys benefits You are ready to work in unknown areas and uncertainty conditions You have the ability to act as a technical leader for the development of the system that consists of two main components - backend (signal processing) and frontend (3D video game) You have ambitions to become a leader of a talented distributed developers’ team aimed to reach specific goals within given deadlines You have knowledge, abilities, and ambitions to work closely with the product team and act as the “Scrum Master” Some experience in C# (Unity) Benefits Experience with architecture optimization Familiarity with cloud services/infrastructure Applied experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence Experience with multi-threaded and asynchronous programming Experience with CMake Knowledge of Matlab and Python Откликнуться
