Partner Account Manager (with a good level of English)

Откликнуться Your tasks will be: Support partners and users: answering to the questions, training to work with the electronic system, consultations, conducting business correspondence and telephone conversations, online conferences; Develop the audience of the site (improving the quality of content through effective work with partners); Participate in the development of programs for partner companies aimed at improving the impact of their work; Check activities of partners; Track statistics of the effectiveness of users, contract with new partners; Analyze data and prepare reports. We expect from you: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - Upper Intermediate and higher (B2+); Excellent communication skills; Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims; Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheet, Excel); Advanced user of Google Workspace.
